Voxelite Studio provides 3D printing services including:

• Custom 3D design and modeling
• Print-on-demand from customer files
• 3D scanning services
• Pre-designed product sales

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All customer-uploaded designs remain the intellectual property of the customer. Voxelite Studio will not use, share, or showcase customer designs without explicit written consent. We reserve the right to refuse projects that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required before production begins for standard orders. Custom design and scanning services may require deposits. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to create:

• Weapons or items intended to cause harm
• Counterfeit or trademarked items without authorization
• Items that violate local, state, or federal laws
• Adult or inappropriate content

7. Limitation of Liability

Voxelite Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
