Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Overview
At Voxelite Studio, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our 3D printing services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects or damage during production
- Incorrect item shipped (our error)
- Item significantly differs from approved design/preview
- Item damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Custom designs approved by customer before production
- Items printed from customer-provided files (unless manufacturing defect)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse after delivery
- Digital files (3D scans, design files)
- Services already rendered (design consultation, scanning services)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at returns@voxelite.studio within 14 days of delivery
- Provide order number, photos of the issue, and detailed description
- Wait for return authorization (RA) number
- Ship item back with RA number (shipping costs may apply)
- Refund or replacement processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
5. Refund Options
Approved returns will receive:
- Full Refund: For manufacturing defects or our errors
- Partial Refund: For minor issues that don't affect functionality
- Store Credit: Alternative to cash refund (10% bonus credit)
- Replacement: Re-print at no charge for defective items
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:
- Request is made before production begins
- For custom projects: before design work starts or 50% refund if design is in progress
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, but may qualify for return based on our return policy.
8. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or defect, we cover return shipping. For other returns (if approved), customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance.
9. Damaged in Shipping
Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and either replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
