Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (USPS First Class/Priority)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (UPS/FedEx)
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (FedEx Express/UPS Next Day)
• Local Pickup: Available at our facility (free, by appointment)

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination address
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

Free shipping on standard orders over $100 within the continental United States.

3. Processing Time

Processing times vary by service:

• Standard Products: 2-5 business days
• Print My File: 3-7 business days (depending on complexity)
• Custom Design: As quoted (typically 7-14 business days)
• 3D Scanning: 5-10 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping.

4. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees may apply).

International Shipping: Currently available to Canada and select countries. International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes. Contact us for international shipping quotes.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• Real-time tracking updates in your account dashboard
• Delivery confirmation when package arrives

6. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

• Protective bubble wrap or foam for delicate items
• Sturdy corrugated boxes sized appropriately
• Eco-friendly packaging materials when possible
• Fragile labels for items requiring extra care

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery issues:

• Lost Package: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days
• Damaged Package: Report within 48 hours with photos
• Wrong Address: Contact us immediately; address changes may incur fees
• Delivery Attempt Failed: Follow carrier instructions or contact us for redelivery

8. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are accepted with standard shipping methods. Processing and delivery times may be extended for military addresses.

9. Rush Orders

Need it faster? Contact us about rush processing:

• Rush fees start at $50 depending on project complexity
• Not available for all product types
• Must be requested before order placement
• Subject to capacity and feasibility review

10. Digital Deliveries

For services delivering digital files (3D scans, design files):

• Files delivered via secure download link within your account
• Email notification when files are ready
• Files accessible for 90 days; download promptly
• No physical shipping involved
